This committee is to hold public meetings that will be properly noticed and to gather input from citizen’s. Once the input has been gathered the committee would then report their findings to the Selectman, and then the Selectman would make a final decision for the creation and implementation of various policies.

The committee will have no authority other than to hold public meetings and advise the Selectman of the results.
